    A play for voices, this surrealist masterpiece unfolds the dreams, desires, dismays and despairs, the longing, laughter and love-making of the inhabitants, living and dead, of a small Welsh village, over the course of one spring day:

    This performance will feature live drawing by CHRIS RIDDELL.
    Chris, the current Children’s Laureate, is a prolific illustrator and author who has received many prestigious prizes, among them the Kate Greenaway Medal for illustration three times. He is also a renowned political cartoonist whose work appears in The Observer, The Literary Review and The New Statesman.

    MARTIN OELBERMANN studied at RADA and specialises in working with poetic and narrative texts. Past productions include, among many others, Venus and Adonis and The Sonnets by William Shakespeare and Maud by Alfred Tennyson. Martin currently appears in J.K. Rowling’s latest movie Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them. He regularly directs and teaches in Germany and the U.K.
