  • Get into the Christmas spirit with one of the most enchanting Christmas stories ever written.
See Christmas unfold through the eyes of a young lad in Swansea, marvelling at the snow, ice-bound cats, , skating postmen, dolphin-like Uncles, sherry-sipping Aunties, toys and sweets and stockings, roasted chestnuts and useless presents.
For one night only, in the intimate setting of the Wheatsheaf, (where Dylan spent many a night at the bar!) Olivier Award winner, Guy Masterson, will deliver the perfect pre-Christmas treat – along with two or three other Thomas short stories…
Guy Masterson is regarded as one of the finest exponents of Dylan Thomas’ work in the world, and his solo performance of Dylan’s masterpiece, Under Milk Wood has to be seen to be beleived. His rendition of a selection of short stories and poems – Fern Hill and other Dylan Thomas – won him The Stage Best Actor Award at Edinburgh in 2001.
Space is strictly limited (45 seats only) so book early to avoid disappointment!
(Masterson will also be performing his new production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL at the Wheatsheaf on Saturday, December 16th at 2pm and 7.30 pm and on Sunday 17th at 2pm.)
